The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Client Accounts

Certain features of our website, including the client dashboard, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design elements, is the property of BoldRik and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment of all invoices, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables of their project, excluding any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries owned by BoldRik that may be used in the project. BoldRik retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for each project are outlined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Project Scope and Revisions

Each project proposal defines the agreed scope of work. Changes to the scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation. Most project agreements include a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoldRik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, login credentials, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. If terminated by BoldRik due to a breach of these terms by the client, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
