Finding the right AI tool is often a fragmented experience. Users have to search across multiple websites, compare pricing manually, and evaluate features with little context. The challenge was to build a platform capable of organizing thousands of AI tools while keeping the experience fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

We designed and developed AICavo as a full-stack SaaS platform with automation at its core. The platform automatically discovers and updates AI tools using Playwright-based scraping, organizes content into structured categories, supports advanced search and comparison, and provides a complete submission and management workflow. Every aspect of the application from the UI and database architecture to SEO, authentication, and performance optimization was engineered for long-term scalability and maintainability.

AICavo successfully launched as a production-ready platform capable of managing tens of thousands of AI tool listings through an automated content pipeline. The platform delivers a fast, responsive experience while providing a scalable foundation for future features, community engagement, premium listings, and continued product growth.
